Feb Critical Mass reportback

Hammerhand | A small but determined band of cyclists gathered on Feb 29 to celebrate bikes and leap year. The weather was cold there were cops but the riders managed to dodge the cops and have a very nice ride with out any hindrance from NYPD. The ride ended on the early side due to the snow and really bad wind.
